The National EMS Academy (NEMSA), a division of Acadian, has exceeded the National Average Pass Rate for EMT and paramedic graduates for the fourth consecutive year. Results released by the National Registry of EMTs revealed the NEMSA EMT graduates earned 87 percent, while the national average was 79. NEMSA paramedic graduates earned an 89 percent pass rating while the national average was 86. Through continuous refinement of its training curriculum and examination processes, NEMSA remains a leader in EMS education industry.

“These exceptional pass rates are a reflection of the constant guidance and training our faculty provides our students to prepare them for success,” said Kirk LaCour, director of NEMSA. “I am proud to be a part of our institution that continues to raise the bar for EMS education, research, and curricula development.”
