More than 120 proactive individuals and business leaders of Lafayette came together at National EMS Academy’s (NEMSA) main campus in Lafayette, La., for Upper Lafayette Economic Development Foundation’s (ULEDF) annual May meeting on Wednesday, May 21.

Sponsored by Acadian Companies and Advancial, the meeting featured guest speaker Christina Harper, managing partner and co-founder of Excelerent, who spoke about the importance of time management, both personally and professionally.

Kirk LaCour, director of NEMSA and ULEDF board member said, “The people in this room are a testament to the positive changes happening in and around the upper Lafayette area. We all are striving for the same common goal of the betterment of the community and I am honored to be a part of it.”

Since 1971, Acadian has been committed to providing the highest level of emergency medical care and transportation possible.
